Breathwork and Alignment: October Wellness Session

This session will allow you to have a little “circuit breaker” from your everyday routine. 

You will be reminded to breathe easy, calm the mind and nervous system whilst we move through some gentle yoga. Think of it as a moving meditation - to help restore and balance both the body and mind. There will be a variety of sit, stand and stretch movements, enhancing the mind body connection. 

What to Bring

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Yoga/Exercise mat to sit or lie on

Your instructor

Paul Cordeiro

Paul has been a professional dancer and choreographer for four decades.

Paul is a well respected Dance Teacher at Sydney Dance Company since the nineties, at ballet schools, and his own classes.

He was a fitness instructor teaching in gyms and fitness centres for ten years.

In 2018 he completed his training and became a yoga teacher (Vinyasa/moving sequences) and enjoys teaching in yoga studios and gyms around sydney.

Paul is a vocal coach in how to use your voice, and speaking for effective communication and presentation. 

He runs lectures and workshops for corporate clients like global Law firm Herbert Smith Freehills, KAI Yoga, NIDA.
